  • We will never share your mobile number with third parties for marketing purposes.
  • Consent to receive SMS is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

5. Commercial Email (CAN-SPAM Act)

In compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003, all commercial emails we send will:

  • Clearly identify Myles Advisors as the sender
  • Include a valid physical postal address (P.O. Box or registered business address)
  • Provide a clear and conspicuous opt-out mechanism in every email
